About / 04

Engineering depth that informs product execution.

I currently work as Project Lead & R&D Associate at Brototype (Packapeer Academy Pvt Ltd), driving programmes, cross-functional squads, and automation systems.

My engineering background (MERN, Next.js, React Native, Python, cloud hosting across AWS EC2 and Vercel) means I understand where technical debt hides, how architectures break, and how to speak the language of engineers.

My product practice ensures teams build the right thing: unblocking roadmaps, running Agile sprint cadences in Jira and Slack, designing PRDs, and translating ambiguous business problems into measurable student and business outcomes.

Leadership & Mentoring / 05

Make the work better for the people doing it.

Cross-functional squad orchestration

I introduced team-based project delivery at Brototype, assembling squads across Web and Machine Learning disciplines, structuring Jira backlogs, and migrating ad-hoc chats into disciplined async Slack rituals.

Programme wing leadership

I lead three operational wings—onboarding, communication, and placement—managing an active cohort of 20+ top students that achieves an average placement package of ~13+ LPA.

Pragmatic cost-to-value trade-offs

Good product leadership means knowing when to stop. When the custom ACE Tool did not justify its ongoing running costs and caused dual-platform friction after 4 months, I made the call to retire it in favor of streamlined spreadsheets—freeing resources for higher-impact work.

Start with the user problem, not the feature request.
Make trade-offs visible so teams can move with confidence.
Ship the smallest useful version, then learn from reality.
